I chose this picture for a few reasons, one of them being I love, love, love the colors in this and the way the light sort of hits the bottom of the yellow rope. I was seeking out an image that used lines and saw this as a perfect opportunity for a decent shot. What especially caught my eye about this, was the texture - I loved it! The rope is obviously the focal point and to really accentuate that, I even edited it by blurring the background a bit more. I actually got lucky capturing this shot. The rope was running above me and so the picture really just presented itself.
How exactly did you have to position yourself to get this point of view?
